About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team to oversee and execute a variety of events that engage audiences and promote our brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events from conception to completion according to the requirements and objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the event planning process.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and resources.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate event spaces and ensure readiness for events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in event management software, along with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
