We are seeking a full-time person to join our amazing team in our brand new state of the art indoor grow to help with the Skirting, Defoliation and Trimming of cannabis plants.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay $18.81-$22 per hour, review after 90 days.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older and have a VALID MED issued badge
- Outgoing and driven
- Effectively and enthusiastically communicates with team members
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent and timely attendance
- Hours of operation Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm; *These hours and days can and may vary depending on shifts and scheduling needs. Some weekends may be required.
Physical Requirements:
- Health and physical aptitude in order to complete manual labor duties is required for the management of the facility.
- Ability to execute the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, walking, stretching, bending, leaning, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying items and boxes.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push and or pull up to 100 lbs.
