Marketing Generalist
We are seeking a highly versatile and creative Marketing Generalist who can support a wide range of marketing activities—from campaign execution and content development to design support and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at transforming rough ideas into polished, professional marketing assets. This person should have strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable using AI tools to streamline content creation, improve efficiency, and enhance marketing impact.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that supports the entire organization and plays an important part in elevating our brand, accelerating our marketing programs, and enabling our sales and business teams.
Marketing Generalist Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Management
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects at once, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership to gather requirements and execute on marketing needs.
- Track project timelines, manage workflows, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional initiatives.
Content Creation & Visual Design Support
- Transform rough concepts or ideas into polished, visually compelling marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, event signage, internal communications, etc.).
- Assist with brand‑aligned design work using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Write, edit, and refine marketing materials including blog posts, email campaigns, sales collateral, landing pages, and social posts.
AI‑Enabled Marketing Support
- Use AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, Jasper, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to support content creation, research, creative development, and workflow optimization.
- Develop AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate productivity across marketing tasks.
- Ensure AI‑generated content is accurate, brand‑aligned, and professionally polished.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support website updates, basic SEO tasks, and campaign landing pages as needed.
- Social Media posting experience
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Support analytics reporting, KPI tracking, and insight development to guide future campaigns.
Brand Consistency & Messaging
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, voice, and visual standards.
- Help develop messaging frameworks and maintain brand cohesion across all platforms.
Event & Campaign Support
- Assist with tradeshow preparation, booth design support, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up content.
- Manage logistics for webinars, customer events, and internal initiatives.
Marketing Generalist Qualifications:
Required
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in a generalist, coordinator, specialist, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing content, design, or research.
- Ability to take incomplete or loosely defined ideas and turn them into professional, cohesive marketing deliverables.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in design or content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, industrial, technical, or complex products environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation systems.

Marketing Generalist Working Conditions:
- Office environment
- This role resides at our corporate headquarters in Englewood, CO.
Marketing Generalist Compensation:
Base Wage Range: $65,000-$80,000 Prior work or industry experience as well as job-related education and unique skills will be taken into consideration when setting the wage rate.
Other Variable Compensation: Eligible for an annual profit share award based on company performance.
