Position Overview:

We are seeking a kind, motivated, and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to oversee our IV and IM ketamine and nasal spray Spravato services. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend in-person treatment oversight with telehealth evaluations and follow-ups. The ideal candidate is eager to take ownership of their practice, thrive in an autonomous role, and contribute to our mission of transforming mental health care. On-the-job training and support will be provided, particularly for ketamine-based therapies.

Shifts:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (9 AM – 8 PM), Friday (9 AM – 4 PM)

• Optional: Saturday (9 AM – 1 PM) twice a month

•also could do Part-time position with potential to transition to full-time

• Overtime Opportunities: Additional shifts available upon request, including Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM and options at our Winter Garden location

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and administer IV and IM ketamine treatments and nasal spray Spravato, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.

• Conduct telehealth evaluations and follow-up appointments for patients undergoing mental health treatments.

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and best-practice protocols.

• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by bringing innovative ideas and a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification and licensure in the state of Florida.

• Experience in psychiatric care, preferably with knowledge of mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression (training provided for ketamine therapies).

• Comfort with telehealth platforms and ability to conduct virtual evaluations and follow-ups.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a caring and professional demeanor.

• Reliable transportation to our Kissimmee location (and Winter Garden location, if applicable).

• Prior experience with ketamine or Spravato therapies is a plus but not required.
