Responsibilities
- Develops interventions to support goals of therapy and restore maximum function and strength promoting optimal health and minimal pain.
- Evaluates results of physical therapy by evaluating by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress; recommends and implements adjustments as needed.
- Completes patient admission to agency's services after thorough review of medical records.
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- A minimum of two years therapy experience, either hospital or clinic experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Homecare Experience.
Required
- Registered as Physical Therapist with New Hampshire's Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification.
- Satisfactory criminal record.
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
