Job Description
CyberArk is seeking an
IT Infrastructure Lead
to oversee the design, modernization, and operation of our global IT infrastructure supporting Product & Technology (P&T) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

This role focuses primarily on
internal IT systems
, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments — with a secondary focus on enabling development and engineering teams through secure, reliable platforms. The ideal candidate brings both
hands-on technical expertise
and
leadership capability
, driving operational excellence, resilience, and innovation across CyberArk's hybrid environment.

You will lead a team of system experts and architects to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the company's infrastructure and services while collaborating closely with peers in IT, Security, and Engineering.

  • Lead CyberArk's global IT infrastructure initiatives, designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable systems across cloud and on-prem environments (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and endpoint systems).
  • Oversee hybrid-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and private clouds), ensuring reliable integration between corporate IT and R&D systems.
  • Drive infrastructure modernization and automation projects to improve efficiency, performance, and disaster recovery across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Security and R&D teams to support development environments and Dev tools while maintaining compliance with CyberArk's IT security standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service-level performance, scalability, and quality of delivery across IT systems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud operations, including 5+ years in a leadership or team lead role within a high-tech environment.
  • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies — servers, virtualization, networking, storage, Windows, macOS, Linux/Unix, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure, including high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, automation, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, identity and access management, and zero-trust architecture; experience collaborating with Security and Compliance teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage vendors, and deliver complex cross-functional infrastructure projects on time and at high quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical priorities into business impact.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement in the CyberArk Newton, Massachusetts office 2-3 days a week.

The salary range for this position is $129,000 – $190,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
