Compensation:

  • $16/hour - full-time hours/week) with the availability to open and/or close
  • $15.5/hour - full-time hours/week) without the availability to open or close
  • $15.10/hour - part-time team members with availability to close
  • $14.85/hour - part-time team members with a high school diploma or GED that cannot close

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities: (included, but not limited to)

  • Smile

  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Provide fast and safe food to Guests
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
