As a Security Officer - Unarmed Property Rounds in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver excellent customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
• Work closely with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
