We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Rogers, Arkansas office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining daysOverview:Responsible for developing, executing, and fostering a collaborative business partnership between Walmart on the Revlon Fragrance businesses. Additionally responsible for the Club business including Sam's Club, Costco and BJ's across the entire Revlon portfolio. This role ensures delivery of volume, share, and profit objectives while contributing to the customer's total category growth.Through a deep understanding of both customer and company objectives, the Sr. CBM develops a cohesive vision, strategy, and action plans to deliver agreed-upon business results. This role requires challenging the status quo, identifying new go-to-market opportunities, and building cross-functional support. Regular engagement across Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco and BJ's organization—including merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance is essential.Responsibilities:Execute Long Range Planning and annual Joint Business Plans that incorporates company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume from joint efforts to include:Develop relationship, joint business plans, and have regular contact with leaders and buyers at Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco and BJ's.Develop long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth across Revlon and Customers KPIsExecute the Customer Business Planning Process and Joint Business Plans that incorporate company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution to include:Volume ForecastingIdentification and execution against key business driversLong lead time planning with customer to maximize executionEffective management of Company's Market Development Funds (MDF)/Off Invoice AllowancesDevelop long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth in POG and secondary spaceCustomer P&L Management: Set annual volume targets and manage associated P&Ls. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on strategy, performance, and outlook.Consumption Planning: Integrate weekly and annual consumption plans into account strategy. Analyze POS and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute "Close the Gap" plans as needed.Promotional Planning: Maintain weekly calendars for circulars, price promotions, and displays. Communicate results and gap-closing actions internally.Demand Planning: Collaborate with Demand Planning to maintain accurate shipment forecasts. Lead demand planning for assigned brands.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead, develop and facilitate internal and external relationships in support of the business objectivesInternally partner with Cat Man, Sales Insights, Marketing (Brand and Trade), Finance, Logistics, and Inventory teams.Externally align with WMC, Walmart's Digital Content Team, Finance, Category Management, and Store Ops.MDF Management: Accountable for overseeing MDF budgets, ROI analysis, and investment tracking, while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing and adherence to budget.Inventory & Markdown Risk Mitigation: Manage SKU discontinuations, markdowns, and inventory planning.Perform other Walmart/Club business-related duties as required: Utilize Walmart's Scintilla platform as neededRetail Planning – Work with internal Walmart Retail execution team to build out plans to optimize sales and execution at store levelLong Term Planning with Marketing/Trade – Build solid 3-year plans to identify and build out growth opportunitiesCoordination: Support Teams: Walmart Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance and CategoryWho you are:7+ years of direct selling experience in CPG (Cosmetics or Beauty preferred)Experience managing Walmart relationshipStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skillsInnovation and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and cross-functional collaborationAdvanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe AcrobatQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required7+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the Mass channelAdditional Requirements:Accountable for MDF budget and annual sales volume targetsTravel:
