Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Dallas team and lead high-visibility retail and K-12 construction projects. This is a key leadership role where you will manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close-out ensuring project goals for budget, schedule, quality and client satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retail and K-12 construction projects in the Dallas market, managing budgets, schedules, scope and quality.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, architects, engineers, contractors and internal leadership.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: preconstruction, design coordination, construction execution, commissioning and close-out.
  • Develop and maintain project controls: baseline schedules, cost tracking, change management, reporting and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor and lead project teams to achieve deliverables, promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and contractual requirements in commercial and institutional environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as Project Manager (or senior role) in retail and/or K-12 construction projects within the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects with consistent success in budget, schedule and quality performance.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing teams and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software; experienced with design-build or delivery methods is a plus.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Dallas, TX area.
