As a Nanny with Oliver's Nannies, you'll provide a safe and nurturing environment while supporting the children's development and the family's needs. Your duties will include:

  • Providing consistent, high-quality care for children of all ages (infants to school-aged).
  • Planning and engaging children in age-appropriate activities (games, reading, arts & crafts, outings).
  • Assisting with homework and other school-related tasks.
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions.
  • Performing light housekeeping related to the children (e.g., tidying play areas, children's laundry).
  • Transporting children safely to and from school, appointments, and activities.
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with parents regarding daily updates and development.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for reliable individuals with a genuine love for children and the following qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional childcare experience and 2 professional childcare related references.
  • Passion & Energy: A playful spirit and ability to foster growth and engage children enthusiastically.
  • Trust & Safety: Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a clean background check.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting children.
  • Certification: Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with children, parents, and our team.
