In this role, you'll serve as the vital link between our organization and the vibrant communities we serve, championing regional initiatives through engaging advertising campaigns and authentic community engagement. Your enthusiasm will help showcase the unique character of our region, driving awareness and fostering a sense of pride among residents and visitors alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a tangible impact. You'll help with ideas for feature stories for your region and will be the primary person responsible for ad sales in our print and digital magazine.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted advertising strategies across multiple channels, including social media, print, and digital platforms, to promote regional attractions, events, and businesses
  • Collaborate with local partners to identify community needs and opportunities for promotional campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Support community events by coordinating promotional activities, capturing content for digital channels, and fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders
  • Industry Best Commission Structure

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising sales in print or digital/social outlets.
  • You must live in the region you're applying for (Northern RI or East Bay RI)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships within diverse communities and partner organizations
