Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Specialist to join our growing team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each event is executed to the highest standard, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, planning, and execution of events from concept to completion.

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, vendors, and on-site operations.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure seamless project flow.

  • Conduct venue research, compare proposals, and prepare event materials.

  • Support on-site event activities, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.

  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experience and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.
