Law Firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, seeks a full-time Paralegal with 5+ years of complex litigation experience. The successful paralegal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, and handle legal matters proactively under tight deadlines.

Multi-jurisdictional litigation experience and bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.

The law firm is among the elite law firms in the country handing commercial disputes and national litigation. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered for this paralegal position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
  • Manage complex litigation files
  • Prepare pleadings
  • Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
  • Manage large amounts of documents and document productions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in complex litigation
  • Multiple jurisdictional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program
  • Experience working with large case litigation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
  • Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, expert technical ability, as well as oral and written communication skills

Work location:

Onsite, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

$60, ,000 depending on experience, skills, expertise, education and other credentials.
