What is our Client Service Internship?Our Client Service Team focuses on client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in managing existing client relationships
  • Handling day-to-day service needs
  • Assisting in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information
  • Assisting the sales and services teams with marketing of new and renewal business to include gathering needed information
  • Assisting the sales and service teams with preparation & creation of materials for presentations
  • Attending client meetings
  • Assisting in supporting the sales team by delivering on agreements made during the sales process
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
  • Examples of prior majors' interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more.
  • Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
