Field Sales Engineer at Wasson-ECE Instrumentation

Wasson-ECE Instrumentation is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Technical Sales department as a Field Sales Engineer. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Presenting product demonstrations and conducting technical presentations
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should also be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license

Work Environment, Schedule, and Benefits

  • Salary based on experience
  • Work will generally be conducted in the field
  • This position requires business travel up to 75%
  • Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and work as the job duties demand
  • Company pays 99% of employee Medical, Dental, LTD, STD, Life and Vision Insurance, 50% of the dependents. HSA and FSA Options: Company contributes $100 monthly to HSA account or Flexible Spending Account options. 7 Paid annually Holidays, Paid time off accrued annually, 401(k)
