Senior PPBE Specialist/Advisor

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 years of financial management analysis experience, including expertise in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases of the Department of Defense budget.
  • Experience developing Budget Justification documentation and managing OperationsMaintenance (O&M) as well as Research, Development, TestEvaluation (RDT&E) appropriations.
  • Solid understanding of the Congressional budget process.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities, demonstrated by strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to identify key stakeholders, foster collaboration, lead teams, advocate positions, and negotiate compromises within multifunctional settings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Over 10 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Enterprise, including organizations and missions under OUSD(I&S), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Joint Chiefs of Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Services, Defense Agencies, and the Department of Defense Intelligence Community (DoD IC).
  • Familiarity with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Portal or similar systems.

Clearance: Active TS security clearance with immediate SCI eligibility upon award
