About the Role:

We're actively seeking a driven and licensed 220 General Lines Insurance Agent to join our fast-paced insurance agency located within one of Tampa's top-performing real estate brokerages. With over 130 in-house Realtors and an on-site mortgage brokerage, we provide a steady stream of pre-qualified leads—so you can focus on what you do best: consult and close.

This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for agents who thrive in a high-lead, relationship-driven environment and want to maximize earnings through a base salary plus uncapped commission.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate and close new insurance business from daily inbound opportunities
  • Consult with clients to identify coverage needs and present tailored solutions across home, auto, flood, and other P&C lines
  • Prepare and process policy applications with accuracy and compliance
  • Proactively manage policy renewals, endorsements, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation
  • Provide top-tier customer service and handle client inquiries or claims-related support
  • Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
  • Build relationships across our real estate and mortgage network to drive referral business

What You Bring:

  • Active Florida 220 Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
  • 1+ year of sales experience (insurance industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of managing a high lead volume
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Experience with Applied Rater and/or EZLynx a plus
