First Step Therapy OT, SLP and PT., PLLC, is a well-established and growing Private Practice/Center based/Home Care, interdisciplinary team of SLP's, OT's and PT's is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellows (CF) to join our team immediately. Our Clinical Fellowship Program will provide individualized support to help gain experience, independence, and confidence as a new professional. *Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

*After six months of full-time employment (30 hours per week), employees will be eligible for a raise. Additionally, all CF's will receive a $70 allowance for materials, when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Adult and Pediatric Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Conduct Diagnostic Evaluations
  • SLP or a CF therapist works together with Occupational and Physical Therapists in a collaborative manner during Diagnostic or Therapeutic Interventions.
  • Support families by suggesting to improve communication skills.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech therapy techniques and interventions.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must have: MA or MS

Excellent relationship-building skills

Strong problem solving skills and resourcefulness

Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of individual care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem

Pay: $ $160.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
