Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Crew Members to join our team for the Winter Season. This role is essential to keeping our clients' properties safe, clean, and accessible during winter weather. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys outdoor work in all conditions, and takes pride in delivering quality service. Responsibilities include snow plowing, shoveling, salting, and operating equipment safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Duties

  • Remove snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and plow trucks.
  • Apply salt or ice melt to surfaces to ensure safety and prevent ice buildup.
  • Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly during snow events.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete routes efficiently and safely.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.

Requirements

  • Experience operating snow removal equipment (snow blowers, plows, spreaders, etc.) preferred but not required — training available.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold, snow, and ice conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license (required for driver positions).
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality work.

Job Details

  • Pay: $15.50/hr – $20/hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule: On-call and flexible based on snowfall — potential for full-time winter work.
