Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Admin / Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This position plays a vital role in supporting both customers and our outside sales staff, acting as the hub of all inbound sales activity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
● Inbound Communication: Answer and route all incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Respond to all inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text. Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing basic product information with the goal of setting appointments.
● Sales Support: Set appointments for the sales team based on lead intake and customer needs. Assist the Sales Manager in creating quotes and proposals. Pull pricing and door specifications from blueprints and manufacturer resources. Create and distribute daily and weekly sales status briefings to the Sales Manager. Perform daily follow-ups with the sales team to track lead status and conversions.
● Customer Interaction: Guide customers through basic product options and answer general questions. Collect deposits, obtain signatures, and manage quote documentation. Ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate sales representative for project follow-through.
● Sales Operations: Help implement sales initiatives and strategies as directed by the Sales Manager.Maintain and update internal tracking systems and shared spreadsheets. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

- Prior experience in a sales support, inside sales, or administrative role (construction or building materials)
- Basic knowledge of door products, blueprints, and quoting processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and general office software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
