Job Description
Join the CB Direct team as a Scheduling & Operations Coordinator. This role plays a integral part in keeping our operation running smoothly, coordinating technician schedules, managing daily communication with partners, and ensuring our customers are supported. This is a critical position where your coordination and communication will drive the success of our daily operation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for field technicians
  • Draft professional email correspondences and internal documents
  • Support various administrative functions and general office tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems

*Qualifications:*

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with clients and team members
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer skills
