About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Operations Manager
to lead and optimize daily operations across our
Lorton and Manassas branches
, as well as our
Enhancement Department
. This role also supervises the
Shop Manager
, who oversees the mechanical workshop for company vehicles and landscaping equipment.

You'll work closely with the CEO to execute business strategy, manage resources, improve processes, and lead teams to deliver top-quality service to our HOA clients.

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational excellence:
    Analyze workflows, implement improvements, and increase efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and develop teams:
    Supervise Field Managers and support their leadership of Crew Leaders; promote a strong safety culture and positive work environment.
  • Manage scheduling & logistics:
    Ensure proper planning of crews, materials, and equipment to meet client expectations.
  • Oversee budgets & profitability:
    Monitor costs, control labor and materials, and ensure branches meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Procure materials & manage inventory:
    Partner with vendors and suppliers to maintain adequate stock and timely delivery.
  • Ensure quality & customer satisfaction:
    Conduct site visits, uphold safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Promote safety & compliance:
    Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8 years of experience
    in landscaping, construction, or related industries, including team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Operations, or Landscape Management. Engineering degrees (Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil) are a plus.
  • Certifications such as
    PMP
    or
    OSHA
    are an advantage.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
    (required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite (MO Suite experience preferred)
