Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, focusing on their individual needs and promoting their overall development. This role is essential in guiding students through their learning journey, ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their growth in literacy education and other subjects.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student welfare and progress.
  • Provide individualized support through tutoring sessions as needed, focusing on areas such as childhood development and toddler care.
  • Incorporate Montessori principles into teaching practices to enhance student engagement and independence.
  • Organize classroom activities that promote social skills, creativity, and critical thinking.

Experience

  • Previous experience in childcare or teaching roles is preferred, particularly in private school settings.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices is essential for effectively supporting students' growth.
  • Familiarity with behavior management strategies to address various classroom dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
  • Experience in literacy education is a plus, as it plays a critical role in early childhood learning outcomes.
