Job Summary

As a Multi-School Floater, you will play a dynamic role in enhancing the educational experience across various classrooms and locations. Your adaptability and enthusiasm will shine as you support teachers and students in diverse learning environments. You'll be instrumental in fostering classroom management, and promoting skills while ensuring that each student receives the individualized attention they deserve.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with and support teachers with daily tasks
• Able to work between our Chapel Hill preschool and Southpoint location in Durham
• Reliable transportation
• Be open to working in classrooms and in the kitchen if needed.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, addressing conflicts and promoting positive interactions among students.
• Engage in early childhood education practices, supporting the developmental needs of young learners.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.

Preferred qualifications

• Proven ability in classroom management and conflict resolution strategies.
