Who we are:

Strange Delight is a Nola-inspired oyster bar in the vibrant neighborhood of Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Our new cafe will be launching as a restaurant within our restaurant. We'll be serving up delicious sweet and savory baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and fancy desserts.

Location:

We are conveniently located in Fort Greene on Lafayette Ave, just steps away from the G train and plenty of other public transportation options.

We are looking for:

Line cook

Prep cook

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
• Frying and bagging our doughnuts
• Working the line and maintaining a clean, efficient station.
• Keeping up with a fast-paced morning rush and lunch

Who you are:

• Reliable, energetic, organized and a team player
• Experience as a line cook in a fast paced kitchen
• Comfortable with early morning shifts (e.g., starting at 7AM)
• Loves people; excited to work in a guest-facing, open kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
