What We're Looking For

  • True Seniority:
    Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level:
    8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Startup Mindset:
    Prior experience in pre-Series or Series backed (A, B, C, D etc) startups where you've worn different hats and thrived in fast-moving environments.
  • Technical Depth:
  • Strong proficiency in
    TypeScript, React,
    , and modern web technologies.
  • Solid backend experience (e.g.,
    Python
    ) and relational databases (e.g.,
    Postgres
    ).
  • Versatility across the stack, with ability to lean heavier front-end or back-end depending on strengths.
  • Craft & Care:
    Passion for building polished, user-centric products that solve real problems.
  • Bonus:
    Experience with AI/LLMs, early-stage engineering roles, or time at renowned product-focused companies.
