Based in the Nashville area and operating nationally, we develop and produce premium content across entertainment, healthcare, fintech, hospitality, branded storytelling, and long-form series and documentary work.

Our work lives at the intersection of creative excellence, technical innovation, and strategic partnership—from cinematic documentary series and network-ready concepts to cutting-edge LED volume and volumetric production environments. We collaborate with brands, networks, healthcare systems, fintech innovators, hospitality groups, and creators to fund, launch, and scale projects that matter.

As we continue to expand our slate of original IP, studio services, and brand-funded productions, we are looking to bring on a Sales Development & Partnerships Lead who understands how creative projects get funded, sold, and sustained in the real world.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Sales Development & Partnerships Lead with proven experience selling into:

  • Entertainment and media projects
  • Healthcare and health-adjacent storytelling initiatives
  • Fintech and financial services brands seeking premium visual storytelling
  • Hospitality, travel, and experiential brands
  • Long-form series, documentary, and episodic content
  • Studio-based production services and premium environments

This role is focused on originating, developing, and closing revenue-generating opportunities—including sponsorships, brand integrations, network partnerships, and direct project financing—while working closely with our creative, development, and production leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Development

  • Lead sales efforts for original series, documentaries, and entertainment projects, from early conversations through close
  • Secure sponsorships, brand integrations, and project funding across healthcare, fintech, hospitality, and entertainment sectors
  • Sell projects into network, streaming, and platform-aligned partners, including development-stage and pilot-stage concepts
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of brand, agency, network, fintech, healthcare, and hospitality relationships

Studio & Production Services Sales

  • Sell high-end studio space, LED volume, and volumetric production capabilities to brands, agencies, and production partners
  • Articulate the value of advanced visual effects, virtual production, immersive environments, and experiential content in a clear, client-friendly way
  • Work with internal technical teams to scope projects, pricing, and production approaches accurately

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with development, creative, and production leadership on pitch strategy, packaging, and deal structure
  • Help shape sales narratives around series development, sponsorship alignment, and long-term partnerships
  • Identify new market opportunities across entertainment, healthcare, fintech, hospitality, brand storytelling, and experiential production

Ideal Candidate Profile

The right candidate will bring a blend of sales discipline, creative fluency, and relationship intelligence.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record selling entertainment, media, or content-driven projects
  • Direct experience with sponsorship sales, brand funding, or series financing
  • Familiarity with network, streaming, or platform-based development processes
  • Experience selling high-end production services, including studio-based work
  • Strong understanding of LED volume, virtual production, volumetric capture, or advanced VFX environments

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience selling into healthcare, fintech, or hospitality organizations
  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, networks, platforms, or content buyers
  • Comfort selling both creative concepts and technical production solutions
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating deeply with internal teams

Location & Structure

  • Primary location: Nashville, Tennessee
  • Open to candidates in other markets based on experience, relationships, and proven results
  • Compensation structure will be commensurate with experience, with strong performance-based incentives tied to closed deals and funded projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $37.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
