Our communities are full and we need to add caregivers to our team in our Assisted Living Facilities; Trinity Terrace and Monarch Meadows, 107 E Beckert Rd, New London, WI. We are a only short drive from Clintonville, Manawa, the Fox Cities, Fremont and Waupaca.

If you already have your four CBRF certifications; Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking, and Medication Management and are hired for a part time scheduled position in a two week pay period will start at a minimum of $20.70 per hour.

AM Shift works 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (16 hours in a 2 week pay period - every other weekend position)

Our PM shift works 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (16 hours in a 2 week pay period - every other weekend position)

Our short shift works 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (28 hours in a 2 week pay period and includes every other weekend - this is NOT a medication passer position)

NOC shift works 10 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (32 hours in a 2 week pay period)

These are every other weekend positions.

Job Description

St. Joseph Residence is seeking caring, responsible, and qualified caregivers to join our assisted living teams at Trinity Terrace, our 28 bed CBRF and Monarch Meadows, our 24 bed Memory Care unit.

St. Joseph Residence is a not-for-profit corporation founded by the Religious Hospitallers of Saint Joseph, owned and operated by Catholic Health International. We are a continuing care campus offering an array of services and settings including independent apartments, CBRF, RCAC, and a skilled nursing facility. Compassionate care is delivered in a faith-based environment, emphasizing independence, respect, and dignity.

As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct care services such as passing medication, bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping and laundry, and activities. It is essential to have time management skills, a positive attitude, to be flexible, and to want to work as part of a team.

Certified Nursing Assistant certification is helpful; however, we will provide training and obtain the necessary assisted living certification to applicants who possess the skills and necessary attributes we are looking for to join our team.
