Job Summary:
This role supports the Legal Department in managing contracts, corporate governance, and compliance matters while providing day-to-day paralegal and administrative assistance. The Paralegal ensures accuracy, efficiency, and organization across legal operations and serves as a key partner in enabling the business to operate smoothly within regulatory and contractual frameworks.
What you'll do:
- Draft, review, and edit standard agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor contracts, licensing agreements) under attorney supervision.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including intake, tracking, execution, filing, and database maintenance.
- Maintain a contracts calendar to track deadlines, expirations, and renewal notices; proactively alert stakeholders of key dates.
- Support attorneys in negotiations by gathering background information, preparing drafts, and coordinating with business stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates and playbooks for consistency and efficiency.

- Maintain legal department records, filing systems, and databases (both electronic and physical).
- Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and apostilles as required.
- Manage vendor onboarding, including liaising with outside counsel and monitoring legal spend.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for the Legal team and leadership.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, travel logistics, and expense reconciliation for Legal team members.
- Support integration projects related to acquisitions, including document collection, due diligence, and post-closing compliance tracking.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives, providing legal support and ensuring compliance is embedded into business practices
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or IP-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting multiple entities across multi-state or international jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with intellectual property management (trademark, copyright) strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with business partners and external counsel.
- High degree of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency with legal management systems, Google Workspace, and database tools.
- A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
