To thrive as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at HillsDales Child Development Center, you will need a blend of essential skills and qualifications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license, as you will use your personal vehicle to transport clients on community outings. An ability to qualify as an approved driver is essential, ensuring that you meet the minimum insurance requirements, including $25,000 bodily injury liability, as outlined on your declaration page.
