Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects focused on SAP and enterprise integrations
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with SAP and security architects to align protocols and standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP and system integration points
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive-level updates and risk escalations
• Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators for secure implementation
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making across technical and business teams

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years leading cybersecurity and SAP-related projects
• Deep understanding of SAP security protocols (roles, authorizations, GRC, IAM integration)
• Experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO and compliance (SOX, GDPR)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and cloud integrations
• Background in enterprise transformation or ERP implementations
• CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• PMP, CISSP, CISM preferred

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
