The mission of the Team Leader for Experienced Advisor Recruiting is to ensure we hire the right Experienced Financial Advisors, create a best-in-class onboarding experience and act as advocates for financial advisors to continue their success at Edward Jones. As an Experienced Advisor Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead multiple recruiters focused on full-cycle sourcing, attracting and selection of experienced advisors. You will work closely with your leader, team, and key stakeholders both inside and outside of Market Management to allocate recruiting efforts to priority areas of the country to support the growth and health of the firm. Your team will evaluate a candidate's fit with the firm including, but not limited, to determining the portability and suitability of the FAs book of business to Edward Jones.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Series 7 Required

• AIRS CIR and CDR Required

• 10 years of recruitment/hiring experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in Financial Services or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management required.

• Must have the ability to lead, manage and develop multiple leaders, associates and programs.

• Must have recruiting and sourcing knowledge including the use of social networking sites, cold sourcing, contact management systems and applicant tracking systems.

• Must have advanced knowledge of behavior-based selection.
• Advanced Internet Recruiting Solutions(Boolean searches).

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
