Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

On-site Requirements: 100% onsite

Pay Range: $ $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior scientists and engineers on lab-based R&D projects within the dermal filler product portfolio.

  • Contribute to the design and development of new dermal filler products and optimization of existing commercial products.

  • Conduct laboratory research, experiments, and hands-on technical execution aligned with product development goals.

  • Assist in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting across experimental workflows.

  • Apply exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis software to support project needs.

  • Document, analyze, and communicate experimental results clearly to project teams.

  • Work within a multidisciplinary environment to advance product innovation and maintain industry standards.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific field.

  • Master's/No PHD overqualified

  • Previous research and/or laboratory experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis tools/software.
