Pay Range: Our payment structure is commission-based, but during the training period, you will receive a payment of $18.00 per hour. The duration of training can vary from 2-4 weeks based on your previous experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers using a route delivery vehicle.
  • Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor, including loading and unloading trucks, as well as carrying materials that weigh up to 50 pounds for several hours per day.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and at customer locations.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed.

Skills for the Job:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred, specifically Sprinters or Step Vans
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, promoting cooperation, collaboration, and flexibility in working with others
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently as a responsible and dependable performer
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

Day range: Weekdays

Shift: Early Morning/Day shift - Start Time 6:00am

Education: High school or equivalent

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability: Early Morning/Day Shift (Required)

Training: Training can last up to 2-4 weeks.
