Location: NY, NJ, or CT area (weekly in-person meetings required)Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000 base + Weekly Commissions

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the light industrial industry. The ideal candidate is currently employed and ready to make an immediate impact by transitioning into this role. This position requires proven success in staffing sales, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies for light industrial solutions
  • Prospect, build, and maintain client relationships across all U.S. states (no territory restrictions)
  • Consistently deliver on revenue and billing goals
  • Collaborate with leadership through weekly in-person meetings in NY/NJ/CT area
  • Mentor and lead by example to drive sales performance and client satisfaction
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must be based in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut (weekly meetings required)
  • Proven track record in light industrial staffing sales (required)
  • Currently working in the industry and open to transitioning into a new role
  • Ability to bill quickly and consistently meet/exceed targets
  • Strong network of industrial staffing clients and decision-makers
  • No background in permanent placement, IT, or medical staffing (strict requirement)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Commissions: Paid weekly, with no caps or territory restrictions
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package offered
  • Freedom to sell nationwide regardless of location or region
  • Full commissions—no deductions or clawbacks
