Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Mechatronics Technician based in Kansas City, MO. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex mechatronic systems and equipment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. The Senior Mechatronics Technician will also be tasked with improving system efficiencies, documenting repairs, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in robotics, automation systems, and mechanical systems
  • Skills in electrical diagnostics, circuit analysis, and control system troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
  • Experience using diagnostic tools, software, and computerized maintenance systems
  • Ability to train and mentor junior technicians is a plus
  • Relevant certification or associate degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
