Rosemark at Mayfair Park, one of Denver's premier senior living communities, is seeking a friendly and courteous Concierge to join our front desk team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance. You will answer phones, greet visitors and residents, and ensure that questions and needs are directed promptly to the appropriate team member, helping create a seamless and positive experience for everyone in our community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets all visitors entering the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner
  • Promotes positive image of the community and serves as an ambassador to all visitors
  • Receives all incoming phone calls and directs to the proper resident or staff
  • Receives all mail for the community and residents; sorts and delivers to the appropriate mail location
  • Routinely perform basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested. Maintains community resident's rosters and other community information

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft windows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:

$19.50 to $20.00 an hour, based on experience
