Lakeway Pool & Provision is looking for a dependable full-time associate to help customers keep their pools sparkling clean. Lakeway Pool & Provision, LLC is a locally owned pool supply and service store serving the Lake Travis community. We pride ourselves on friendly, knowledgeable customer service and maintaining a clean, professional retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store each day
  • Perform pool water tests and explain results to customers
  • Help customers choose the right products and answer pool care questions
  • Operate the cash register, handle payments, and reconcile the till
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Safely fill chlorine jugs and handle pool chemicals
  • Receive deliveries, check inventory, and reorder when needed
  • Follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

  • Friendly, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable talking with customers and solving problems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs (chlorine and salt bags)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Some weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent (retail or pool experience a plus)

  • Customers leave happy and well cared for
  • Store is clean, stocked, and safe
  • Cash drawer balances accurately each day
  • Reliable attendance and on-time performance

Additional Details

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: 40 hours / week + occasional weekends

Reports to: Owner

Start date: ASAP
