Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor at Columbia Sportswear Company located in Miami, FL. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, handling inventory, and meeting sales targets. You will also be involved in recruitment and training, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
