* Position Overview
Technician (Sharp Shooter) is responsible for fixing issues that arise in the plant and fill in for
any position when needed. They are also responsible for understanding the complete building
process of boats and report to supervisors or group leaders as needed.
Essential Job Functions
-Must know how to use all air tools such as routers and saws
-Must know how to read prints and a tape measure efficiently
-Have basic knowledge of the computer
-Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems in the boats
-Knowledge of installing engines into boats
-Knowledge of fiberglass and upholstery
-Willingness to function as a group leader whenever necessary
Non-essential Job Functions
-Organize work area
-Work well with others
-Keep employees motivated (as a group lea Qualifications Requirements
-Able to stand and walk around all day
-Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and bending frequently
-Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds of material
