HomeWell Care Services FL263 is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to help grow our client base across Hillsborough County. This is an independent contractor role with high earning potential and full scheduling flexibility.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources

  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and in-person visits

  • Present non-medical home care services clearly and confidently

  • Drive new client enrollments and support agency growth

  • Manage your own pipeline and schedule (remote & field-based)


Compensation

Performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions.
  • Typical earnings: $35,000–$65,000+ annually

  • Top performers: $100,000+

  • Commission paid on new client acquisitions

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred)

  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with goal-oriented work style

  • Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
