Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for internal AI capabilities, with an initial focus on video transcription and still image capture.
  • Translate business and compliance requirements into clear AI use cases and success metrics, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, auditable, and trusted by internal and outward-facing stakeholders.
  • Design and oversee evaluation and feedback processes, including human-in-the-loop review, quality benchmarks, and iterative improvement of transcription, image analysis, and narrative outputs.
  • Partner closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to guide delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure the responsible, ethical use of AI within Picard as it evolves toward compliance review and real-time training.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management, technical product management, or a related role, with hands-on ownership of AI- or data-driven products.
  • Experience working with LLM-based systems, including prompt design, evaluation, and defining quality metrics for AI outputs.
  • Familiarity with video, image, or document-based data and the challenges of building reliable, auditable AI-driven workflows.
  • Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into clear product requirements in close partnership with engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned through clear documentation and collaboration.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in legal tech, compliance, or other regulated or operationally complex industries.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop review systems, AI governance practices, or model evaluation frameworks.
