Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to manage and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and App campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Meta app install campaigns and have a proven track record driving measurable growth through creative testing, audience strategy, and technical optimization.
While Meta will be the primary focus, we are a small team so this role will also support the management of Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console Ads. Training provided as needed and knowledge of these advertising platforms is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys blending creative thinking with deep technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the setup, optimization, and performance of all Meta app install campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Support and eventually lead managing Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console Ads
- Manage tracking integrations across Appsflyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Implement and maintain conversion actions and event tracking across multiple marketing platforms.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies to drive lower CPIs and higher ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to test ad concepts, landing pages, and messaging angles.
- Stay up to date on platform best practices, privacy updates (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and performance marketing trends.
Work closely with management to develop strategy, forecasting, and reporting dashboards.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven experience with Meta App Install Campaigns (App Event Optimization, Deep Link strategies, SKAN tracking).
- Technical proficiency with Appsflyer, GA4, GTM, and event-based conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixel configuration, and data integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative team to develop content assets for social media
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Apple Search Ads, Google Play Console campaigns, or other app-store advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, Quicksight, Data Studio, or other data visualization tools.
- Comfort working with APIs or automated reporting pipelines.
