Outside Sales/Parts Representative – TRP/Kenworth of Ellicott City

TRP/Kenworth of Ellicott City is seeking a motivated Outside Sales/Parts Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to put your communication skills and parts expertise to work by building lasting relationships with fleet customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing accounts across our Ellicott City and Westminster, MD locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Kenworth/Ford heavy-duty truck parts strongly preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and insurable under company policy (company car provided).

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $41,000, with commission opportunities for total earnings of approximately $65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow parts sales to fleets, repair shops, municipalities, and other customers.
  • Travel daily within your assigned territory, maintaining compliance with traffic laws.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of customers.

Travel Requirements:

  • Frequent local travel (approximately 80%) to customer locations within the territory
