Territory Sales Manager

Location: Jacksonville, FL (with up to 50% travel within assigned territory)

Our client is looking expand their market leadership, and are a Territory Sales Manager to help accelerate their growth. This role plays a key part in executing high-impact sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and strengthening the company's position as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Grow market share by building strong partnerships with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
  • Drive new business through both bottom-up (contractor engagement) and top-down (engineer specification) approaches.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions to enhance brand awareness and demand.
  • Qualify leads, craft tailored solutions, and provide expert technical guidance on Everflow products.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical documentation to support project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on market trends, installation practices, and competitive offerings.

Collaboration & Industry Engagement

  • Represent the company at trade shows, buying group meetings, and industry conferences to build visibility and relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Support on-site visits, product demonstrations, and event setups to showcase Everflow's solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in the plumbing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong team player who shares ideas and best practices openly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Active and valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
  • Remote-based role requiring independence, strong organization, and self-motivation.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry innovations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
