OTR CDL Class A Single/Team Driver

Now offering percentage pay as an alternative or by the mile. DSL Express and its partner is now hiring Class A CDL Solo Truck Drivers for OTR Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross Earnings are between $98,800 to $132,600 per year per driver for those who drive all year long. Sometimes it pays more but we need responsible drivers only and at this pay scale require the best.
 
Solo Driver Pay:

• Now paying 28% to 30% of gross linehaul (right off the top). Depending on EXP and MVR.
• Will changeover to by the mile pay per request of driver. Will consider up to 66 depending on EXP and MVR.
• Average miles are anywhere between 2000 and 3000 per wk depending on the season. 
• By the mile may involve more miles depending on the market, but expect it to be a harder job 
• The average weekly income ranges from $1500 to $2500 per week with 1900 to 2100 considered avg.

• We may consider teams. Depending on the EXP and MVRs of the team. This is not the best team market
• Now paying 28% to 30% of gross linehaul (right off the top). Depending on EXP and MVR.
• Average miles are anywhere between 5500 and 7000 per wk depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is 3500 and 5500+ per wk total. That's 1750 to 2750+ a week per team driver.

Job Description:

• Must have Class A CDL. Additional Endorsements are a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly pay with direct deposit (no waiting on checks).

  Driver Requirements:

• Truck driving is a demanding job You have to be healthy and able and willing to work.
• Must have Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
• Must be able to work with modern ELD systems.
• Must be able to pass a drug test. No acceptations.
• Must have a valid medical card issued.
• Must have a stable work history and good references.
• Must have no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
• No DWIs, DUI, and BAC in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No license suspension for points, or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
• Must provide no less than 3 years of work history, non-driving work history for the past 3 years will be also verified.
• Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.
