Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP ABAP Developer
with deep hands-on experience in ALE/IDOC, S/4HANA, RICEFW objects, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and modern ABAP frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong debugging skills, extensive interface development experience, and solid understanding of integration technologies such as OData, CDS, RAP, and various adapters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ALE/IDOC Development & Configuration

  • Strong experience in
    ABAP, ALE Setup, partner profiles, and distribution models
    .
  • Configure
    standard and custom IDoc types
    , extensions, and process codes.
  • Manage
    inbound/outbound ALE setup
    across systems.
  • Familiarity with standard IDoc types such as
    ORDERS05, DESADV01, INVOIC02, DELVRY05, MATMAS05
    , etc.
  • Perform
    IDoc monitoring, reprocessing
    , and error handling.
  • Develop custom IDoc interfaces with
    custom message types, IDoc types, and function modules
    .
  • Configure
    standard and custom change pointers
    .

2. ABAP Development (S/4HANA 2023)

  • Extensive experience developing
    RICEFW objects
    across SD, SCM, FI, HR modules.
  • Expertise in:
  • SPAU / SPDD
  • BDC / BAPI
  • Reports & ALV
  • Enhancement Framework (User exits, BADIs)
  • Workflow
  • Forms: Adobe Forms, Smart forms
  • LSMW, BDC recording
  • Error and Dump Analysis

3. Modern ABAP Technologies

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • OO ABAP
  • CDS Views
  • AMDP
  • OData / Gateway Services
  • RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)
  • Experience with Label development using
    ZPL
    and Adobe.

4. SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • iFlow development
  • API Management
  • Monitoring & Security materials
  • Experience working with adapters & connectivity including:
  • SFTP, OData, HTTP, SOAP, Success Factors
  • Skilled in Message Mapping and transformations:
  • XML, JSON, XSLT
  • Ability to write
