Who Are You?

You are a friendly, dependable, and service-driven individual who enjoys creating positive experiences for others. You thrive in a fast-paced dining setting and take pride in providing attentive, courteous service to residents and guests.

A Day in the Life:

  • Greet and seat residents and guests in the Assisted Living dining room
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them using the POS system
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed
  • Clean and reset tables and service areas between meals and at end of shift
  • Restock service stations and perform side work to support dining room operations
  • Maintain sanitation and infection control standards
  • Communicate resident concerns or feedback to supervisor as needed
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver an outstanding dining experience

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass a physical exam and TB screening
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English
  • A positive, respectful attitude and commitment to teamwork
