We are seeking motivated individuals to join our
Phoenix office
in future
Bank Customer Service and Sales
roles beginning in 2026. The office is located near Norterra Drive and I-17.
- Schedules:
Rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. local time. - Differential Pay:
15% additional pay for weekday hours after 6:00 p.m. and for all weekend hours. - Workweek:
Includes one weekend day. - Training Classes:
Start monthly. - Relocation:

What You'll Do
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you'll engage with customers by phone and other channels, helping them manage their financial accounts and find solutions that meet their needs. You'll play a key role in supporting their financial goals while promoting products that align with their circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls in a dynamic, contact-center setting.
- Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and identify solutions, which may include recommending appropriate banking products.
- Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently while maintaining engaging and professional communication.
- Expanding product knowledge to attract new customers and deepen existing relationships.
- Educating customers about digital banking tools to enhance their experience.
- Delivering empathetic, professional service that builds trust and loyalty.
- Managing your time effectively to assist members with accuracy and efficiency.
- Participating in regular coaching and feedback sessions to continue growing in the role.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver professional, customer-focused service via phone or email.
- Comfort working with multiple systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of a role-related assessment (required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience or being a military spouse/domestic partner.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or sales within a contact center environment.
- Six or more months of experience handling customer interactions primarily by phone (60% or more of time).
Compensation
- Salary Range:
$43,680 – $44,680 (depending on experience and location). - Pay is determined based on experience, skills, and market data to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
